Deposit processing time: All deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and DuitNow are credited to your vio77 account in under one minute. FPX deposits are typically credited within 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the processing time of the respective bank.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is RM20. Rollover requirement (bonus withdrawal eligibility): All bonuses carry a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings generated from that bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds. Rollover is calculated based on cumulative wagering amount, not net winnings. Rollover rates vary by bonus type:
One welcome bonus per member: Only one Welcome Bonus package may be claimed per vio77 account. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
